- 2 tsp- olive oil
- Once you find you a nice size Spaghetti Squash, poke several holes in it. Set it on a microvaeable plate and microwave for 10-15 minutes (depending on size).
- You will know it's ready when it has softened up. **Start heating up the olive oil in a skillet. Cut in half longways and scoop the middle gooey part with the seeds out.
- Using a fork begin scraping the sides and you will start to see your noodles appear before your eyes!
- Place all your noodles in the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
