How to make Spaghetti Squash

Hey y’all! So for those of you Instagram followers, I’ve had a TON of requests to teach how to make Spaghetti Squash. This is one of those things I introduced Dylan to and he absolutely LOVES and then when I tell him how healthy it is, it’s a double win! Ingredients
  1. 1-Spaghetti Squash
  2. 2 tsp- olive oil
Instructions
  1. Once you find you a nice size Spaghetti Squash, poke several holes in it. Set it on a microvaeable plate and microwave for 10-15 minutes (depending on size).
  2. You will know it's ready when it has softened up. **Start heating up the olive oil in a skillet. Cut in half longways and scoop the middle gooey part with the seeds out.
  3. Using a fork begin scraping the sides and you will start to see your noodles appear before your eyes!
  4. Place all your noodles in the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.

Yes it’s THAT easy!!! I know I say this ALOT but the possibilities are endless with this vegetable. You can replace your pasta with it, make it a side dish or even your main dish. Stay tuned.. there might be a recipe Spaghetti Squash to follow (..hint..hint). Until next time 🙂
